At Mobile World Congress in March, RCR Wireless News sat down with Jason Hoffman for some Q&A on the Ericsson cloud.

Jason’s key points included:

We’re trying to get to the point where infrastructure can be a strategic differentiator.

It’s possible to build infrastructure that enables any go-to-market, that can inspire many new business ideas.

We’re trying to make a promise to our customer base that they can do 100 or 1000 times more with infrastructure at the same budget that they have today. And that’s the challenge. We all know we have to do a lot more, and yet no one’s budget is going up 100x.

The desire behind automation is having infrastructure that’s error-free. How do we help people not make mistakes with it?
